Questions, answered
Will the AI say something wrong to my customers?
It only answers from the knowledge base we build with you. Anything outside it — negotiations, clinical or legal questions — is handed to a human. Every conversation is logged so you can review it.
Do I need to change my CRM or booking system?
No. We connect to what you already use. If you don't have one, we set up a free or low-cost option such as HubSpot's free CRM, Google Sheets or Calendly.
What are the running costs?
You pay AI-model usage and any messaging fees directly to those providers. For most small businesses these are modest, but they depend on your enquiry volume — we estimate them in the audit before you commit.
Can it work on WhatsApp?
Yes — via the official WhatsApp Business Platform, with customer opt-in and approved message templates. Your website chat goes live in 3 business days, and WhatsApp follows as soon as Meta approves it, usually within 5–7 business days. We don't do unsolicited bulk messaging.
What about data privacy?
We collect the minimum data needed, keep it in your accounts, and design to GDPR / UK GDPR, UAE PDPL and India's DPDP principles as applicable. For US healthcare clients we avoid collecting health information unless vendors sign a BAA.
What happens after the 30-day warranty?
The system keeps running. The optional Care Plan covers monitoring, updates when AI models change, and one improvement per month.
